Does The Lowry Estate do consignment?

No. I have eliminated taking on a consignment roll at this time. However, I do buy individual pieces, or pieces in bulk for purchase.

Does The Lowry Estate accept donations?

Yes, I am grateful for donations (clothing, jewelry, and accessories). In exchange, your pieces will be integrated into the collection if I deem them appropriate, or donated to the non-profit S.O.U.L, which is a local organization that collaborates with Lowry that helps local women and families who are in need.

Do you only sell vintage clothing?

The Lowry Estate collection is composed of a majority of vintage clothing from the 50s-90s. Re-sale items that are of the utmost quality and aesthetic are also included, and are referred to as “re-sale piece” in all captions.

How can I make an appointment in-person, or virtually?

Please reach out to me via email at office[at]thelowryestate.com. Appointments are available every day, in-person, and virtually—via FaceTime or Zoom once we have connected and have agreed on a time that works for both of us.
 

Has anyone worn these items in the past?

All products have been “pre-loved.” I do my best to find items that are without stains, rips, etc. However, if there are any imperfections I make sure to note this in all Instagram posts, and website captions

Do you hold items?

No.

If I am unsure about a size or I have a fit question, how do I find this information?

I measure all items flat and indicate precise measurements. In order to find your size, double the bust, waist and hips for true measurement. This information is also available by clicking on the “Additional Info +” link associated with each product listing. For example, closures, zippers, pockets and how the piece will most likely fit in modern day sizes (despite what the vintage tag might say).
 

Are the cloths pre-washed? What precautions have been taken since COVID-19?

Yes. All items are washed, and dry-cleaned prior to purchasing so that you leave with a ready-to-wear piece, prior to be quarantined for 72 hours. Pieces that are not machine-washable are steamed, which also kills the virus.
 

Do you smoke?

No. We do not allow smoking on the premises of The Lowry Estate.


Do you have any pets?

No.


Do you have multiple sizes of each item?

No, yet there is the rare occasion when we discover two or more of the same item. However, unless it is otherwise noted the item is one-of-a-kind.
 

I would like to purchase an item in person, is that possible?

Yes, please make an appointment to arrange a visit!
 

Can I return or exchange an item?

All sales are final. Please read each description carefully before buying, or contact us with questions.
 

How do you determine the shipping costs?

Shipping rates vary depending on weight and location. Pieces are also available for pick-up to avoid shipping rates.

What are the estimated delivery times?

Local: 1 – 3 business days
Domestic: 3 – 5 business days
International: 2 – 3 weeks
 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! If you need something right away for an occasion, photoshoot, etc, let me know upon purchase and it will go in the mail that day before the post office closes, or the next day.
 

Do you offer combined shipping?

Yes, I am happy to combine shipping on multiple orders, and we ship most jewelry complimentary when combined with a clothing purchase.
 

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes! Always. Tracking details will be provided to ensure peace of mind.
